Within this project, we are addressing the changed nature of work, education and current challenges within the digital era and in connection to learning and employment of people with disabilities.

The pandemic situation has changed the prerequisites in ways of working, cooperation, counselling and learning in the organisation as a whole. According to age group of our learners and the ageing of the professional staff, new ways of cooperation and learning possibilities represent a new reality that influences both work and learning processes. Flexible modes of knowledge transfer, educational material, ways of communication and counselling are arising both as need of new knowledge and skills in the digital era as well as in all inclusion/counselling/learning/mentoring/coaching procedures.

With this reality background we recognise options for improvement to benefit the learners and staff, by equipping them with new knowledge.
