Description: In the Erasmus+ supported project Paving the Way it is pointed out, that there is a remarkable amount of young people who need individual support and coaching to find their interests, and who proceed best through ‘learning by doing’. The objective of the project Paving the Way is to put focus on non-formal and practice-based learning taking place across Europe and to strengthen its possibilities to integrate young people into the labour market.

One way to enhance effectiveness and quality of non-formal learning is through documentation, assessment and recognition of obtained skills and competences. The project Paving the Way is gathering and sharing knowledge on how to document and assess learning within European production schools and workshops.
