Project title: CREATE 3D – Creative and resilient entrepreneurs through 3D printing and microentrepreneurship
Program/financer: Erasmus+, KA220-ADU – Cooperation partnerships in adult education
Project description:
The CREATE 3D project is intended for adults with fewer opportunities who want to develop new digital competencies and gain practical knowledge for creating their own products and developing micro-entrepreneurial ideas. Through a combination of online learning, hands-on workshops and mentoring, the project enables participants to learn the basics of 3D design, prototyping and entrepreneurial thinking, thus strengthening their employment prospects and self-confidence. Particular emphasis is placed on people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, immigrants and other adults who face challenges in integrating into the labour market.
As part of the project, we will develop an online hub that will give participants access to interactive content on 3D printing and micro-entrepreneurship. In addition to online learning, practical workshops will also be held, where participants will learn about prototype design and learn about the entire process from idea to product. Through mentoring support, they will be able to develop their entrepreneurial ideas, and the project will also present their stories in the form of short video portraits. By doing so, we want to strengthen their visibility, motivation and sense of belonging to the community.
The CREATE 3D project promotes creativity, innovation and social inclusion, and strengthens the networking between local organisations, entrepreneurs and participants. Through local dialogues and social gatherings, we will create a space for exchanging experiences, presenting prototypes and encouraging new collaborations. The results of the project will be an open online platform, a structured curriculum, prototypes of participants and video stories that will show their journeys and achievements. In the long term, we want to contribute to greater digital literacy, entrepreneurial activity and social inclusion of adults.
